William O. Fowlkes, Esq. is originally from the nation's capitol, Washington D.C. He grew up in and around the D.C. metropolitan area and received his High School Diploma from Bishop McNamara High School. For his undergraduate and graduate studies, he went to Florida A&M University (FAMU), School of Business and Industry (SBI) where he received both a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance.
Mr. Fowlkes' first career was as a Financial Planning Associate with Secure Financial Management in Columbia, Maryland. Continuing in that career, Mr. Fowlkes became a Budget Analyst for the U.S. Department of Labor in Washington D.C., eventually rising to the rank of Senior Budget Analyst. From these positions, Mr. Fowlkes acquired experience in financial and business matters as well as certain federal processes.
Mr. Fowlkes is admitted in the New York State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar, as well as the Eastern and Southern Districts of the New York State Federal Bar.
